One common theme this season so far was lack of moisture. The 26th November 2009 promised to be unstable, but with borderline moisture.

Initial storms went up on the seabreeze front. These storms were rather weak and short lived. However each progressive storms outflow pushed a little further west . Around the city of Goulburn this moister outflow reacted with a struggling storm. The result was that the storm went from mildly interesting to nasty in the space of 15 minutes.

It took 15 mins of driving to break free from this outflow monster.

I thought the day was over and was returning home when I decided to just double check the radar and was stunned to see weak bow echo setup just to  my NW, obviously I raced to intercept, here at Canyonliegh.
