20th March 2008 - Shellharbour, NSW

I was not expecting much this day. Despite instability, mositure levels away from the coastal fringe were low.	Near dusk as storms approached the coast they tapped into better mositure and  strengthened. Initial lightning activity was mostly Cloud -Cloud, but as the storms matured more Cloud -Ground bolts occurred.
As an unrelated side note - any of these houses with the ocean views wiould set you back at least $1 million Australian dollars !
