Note about me and the images
Welcome
to my new wildflower site. I recently purchased a new 5 megapixel digital
camera and I am slowly rebuilding the site with high quality images. It will
be a slow process that may take a couple of years. One of the issues that
I had to account for is that I now have to concentrate on obtaining images
from Crown land or road side verges. Unfortunately in todays society everybody
wants their cut and images taken in National Parks attract a royalty fee if
sold.
Copies of images up to 1024 x 768 with only moderate compression are available free of charge for private or educational use. Full five megapixel images ( 2592 x 1944 ) with little compression ( 2 megabyte file on average ) can be supplied for a nominal fee of $10 Australian.
